Organisational Design & Change

Process

Making use of a combination of design models (mostly Mckinsey’s 7S Model) we analyse and redesign your organisation. This model serves as a tool that analyses a design of an organisation by looking at seven key internal elements; strategy, structure, systems, shared values, style, staff, and skills in order to establish if these elements are effectively aligned, it could allow the organisation to achieve its strategy and objectives.

Group Guided Imagery and Music (TEAM-GIM) for Organisational Development and Change

Unlocking creativity, resilience, and adaptability through music and imagery.

Organisations today face constant change, which can create uncertainty, resistance, and stress. TEAM-GIM – an adaptation of Guided Imagery and Music (GIM) – offers a powerful way to help teams and leaders navigate transitions with greater insight and cohesion. Drawing on the pioneering work of Helen Bonny and later contributions by Lisa Summer, TEAM-GIM supports and sustains experiences in an altered state of consciousness, where music becomes the guide for exploration and meaning-making.
Through the imagery process, unconscious intentions, attitudes, and hidden team patterns are brought into awareness. The power of the music makes what was previously unseen or unnoticed more visible, providing a safe way to surface underlying dynamics that influence collaboration and change.

Benefits of TEAM-GIM in organisations:

TEAM-GIM creates a safe, non-verbal bridge between personal experience and organisational reality, making it a valuable process not only for stress management, but also for supporting cultural change, team alignment, and long-term organisational development.
